2020

2020 has been a year! We’ve had to make quite a few adjustments here at the farm but the one adjustment we weren’t going to make was not have a Aim Higher Scholarship Winner!!!!
We also have increased the amount from $500 to $1,000.00 due to wonderful support and donations from the people of Tallapoosa County!
The well deserved winner of the first Aim Higher scholarship is Nadia Freeman!
A 2020 graduate of Horseshoe Bend High School!
Nadia is currently attending Southern Union to obtain an Associate Degree in Nursing and plans to transfer to a four-year university to receive a Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree!

Our first Tom Meadows Memorial Scholarship to Colby Cheaney of Horseshoe Bend!

Congratulations Colby!!!
What a blessing it is to honor mom and dad by giving back to the communities that they loved.
Also a big thank you to all who have donated over the past few years. Without your donations this would not be possible!

Thank you to the Community Foundation of East Alabama for administering our scholarships.
